I made a little snack today in between lunch and dinner. I had organic Greek yogurt with organic sliced bananas, and organic strawberries. You can also add a little bit of honey to make it more sweet, but I prefer mine without honey once in a while. It is such an easy snack for the afternoon or after a workout! I like the taste of Greek yogurt, and if you have yet to try it, it might take some time getting use to. It doesn’t taste like Yoplait yogurt with added flavoring, it is very much plain. And of course you can add whatever fruit to it that you like. Greek yogurt also goes well with granola. I usually have granola in mine, but I ran out. I bought all of my ingredients from Costco because you get such a decent amount for a bargain. And not everything has to be organic, I just choose to buy organic.
