30 MINUTE CIRCUIT WORKOUT

I have these exact leg weights and they boost my workouts so much!
I wear them when I go hiking, walking, and everyday for yoga 

OMG! I had the best workout today! At the gym that I go to they have a 30 minute-circuit workout. There are about 12 different weight machines that work different parts of the body. You can say that it is literally an all body workout!  So there is a light that turns green to let you know when to start each machine, when the light turns red then you know to clean your machine and get ready for the next one. Also, in between each weight machine you will use a stair stepper to do some type of leg workout. I did glute kicks, lunges, and side kicks. I like to switch it up so that I work every part of my legs and thighs and of course my bum! haha. I was breaking a major sweat! I loved it!!! I am literally in love with the feeling of pushing myself in a workout! How many of you understand what I mean? Haha, I was so pumped! I even did wall squats after I was done with the circuit. I could barely hold the squat for 30 seconds. But, I pushed myself and did three 30 second wall squats. I was feeling the burn! I just had to share that with you guys, haha so if you go to a gym that has a similar circuit, or even if it doesn’t, you can easily create a circuit yourself using different weigh machines and your phone as a timer! You will be sore the next day, but it feels so flippin’ good!
