MY BIGGEST ENEMY: MIGRAINES

Today was a much better day for me health wise! You guys, I feel like I jinxed myself yesterday. After I was done with my blog post I started feeling extra bad. I was supposed to go run errands with my family yesterday, but I told them to go without me because my head was pounding!!! It was so horrible, and I knew that a migraine was occurring. Without going into too much detail, I was very nauseous, had sensitivity to light, and layed on the couch that whole afternoon and all the way into the night. I slept for hours. I could barely eat anything for dinner because my stomach was so upset. I had to end up calling out of work at 11 o’clock at night. I was scheduled to work early the next morning and there was no way I was going to risk being in a horrible state at work, It wouldn’t even be possible! I tried to fight it all night and couldn’t. I never call out of work, but when I do it’s because I am suffering from a very bad migraine.  It sucks. So basically after sleeping for almost a whole day straight it felt like, I woke up around 6 a.m. and I felt better. A lot better. I took it easy today, well “easy” for me. Haha. I had my morning coffee on the deck and read the new issue of Cosmopolitan. Then I felt ready to place my hands and feet on the mat! I did yoga out on the deck this morning! I missed doing yoga on the deck. I usually don’t do yoga during the fall and winter because it is so chilly in the morning, but now that Summer is approaching it is the perfect temperature in the early morning to get some mat work in :). I even got to wear one of my new sports bras! I so want to do a post on the brand of sport bra… a lot of you guys (I’m talking to girls reading this post) would not believe what brand carries sport bras, and they are seriously so nice, comfy, and cute!!! I bought two in different styles and have fallen in love with the brand. I’ll save more details for when I do that post though! Lol! Then after yoga I went to the gym to do light cardio. I came back and made a healthy breakfast. Guess what I made? Duh. Oatmeal with bananas!!! What else? Lol. And today I have been doing things around the house and taking it very easy. I don’t want to trigger a headache. I am literally afraid that I am going to get another bad one tonight  Fingers crossed I don’t. I know today’s post was another about me post, but I just want to keep you guys updated because I have been getting a few messages from readers who want to know when I will be filming more videos. I want to film so bad! But, I want to be better before I film a video. I just want to put my best quality out, never a video just to have a video up. does that make sense? So fingers crossed I will have a new video filmed and edited for you guys by next week. Thank you for all of the sweet messages and comments. xoxo. Happy Wednesday!
