MY HEALTHY BANANA TEA BREAD RECIPE

R E C I P E

Heat your oven to 350 degrees

1 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 

2/3 cup stevia

2 organic eggs

1 cup mashed ripe organic bananas

D I R E C T I O N S

1.) Mix the stevia, eggs, and applesauce together

2.) Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together 

3.) Add the flour mix into the stevia, eggs, and applesauce. Alternating, mixing in the mashed bananas

4.) Add the mix to a loaf glassware (I used non-stick spray, and parchment paper at the bottom of the glassware to prevent the bread from sticking after baking)

5.) Bake for 70 minutes

6.) And enjoy your freshly made banana tea bread!

This is such an easy recipe! It’s perfect for a little treat when you are having your tea or even coffee in the morning! I love eating a little pastry like a scone, croissant, muffin, or a slice of flavored bread loaf with my morning tea. Sweets go well with tea and coffee. It’s kind of like how cheese and crackers go well with wine! Lol. Anyways, I hope you guys get a chance to try this recipe out! It’s even perfect for Memorial Day weekend.
