GLUTEN FREE LAVENDAR BUNDT CAKE RECIPE

I N G R E D I E N T S

4 organic eggs
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbs. organic raw honey
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup shredded dried unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp. dried french lavender buds
1/8 tsp. french lavender buds to sprinkle on top of cake

I N S T R U C T I O N S

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a medium size loaf pan with parchment paper
Grease sides of loaf pan with 1/8 teaspoon of coconut oil
Mix all ingredients mentioned above into blender (except french lavender buds)
Mix until batter is smooth
Add in French lavender buds and pour into medium sized loaf pan
Sprinkle remaining 1/8 teaspoon of lavender buds over batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean)
Cover cake with foil the last 5 minutes of baking to prevent the top from over browning
Allow to cool completely and top with your favorite icing (I used a lavender glaze)
And you’re done and ready to serve this delicious homemade cake!
