HOMEMADE ZUCCHINI WALNUT BREAD RECIPE

I N G R E D I E N T S

3 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/8 cup trivia baking sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup crushed walnuts

Makes 2 loafs of bread in 8×4 glass bread pans
Heat oven to 325 degrees
Bake for 60 minutes

The first time I tried a sweet with zucchini in it was when Starbucks had zucchini muffins! It was my Mom’s favorite pastry, and she begged me to try it! I didn’t think I was going to like it because it had zucchini in it and I was like 12 years old at the time, so healthy foods didn’t sound tasty to me as much as they do now lol. My Grandma has zucchini growing in her garden and she had so much of it that we decided to try making homemade zucchini bread with a totally new recipe we had never tried! It turned out so yummy & moist. We were surprised and just thankful it turned out good considering we had never made it before!
